Our project management team do not pass compliments about our subcontractors without good reason and I was delighted to have received the following feedback from the Knowsley PM:
Midland Tech have completed all their work on site (they completed the final 2 static systems last Friday)
We have had a total of 62 whiteboards installed including the 19 legacy systems that Midland Tech decommissioned and re-installed.
Once again, I have been impressed with the quality of their work, reporting of progress during installation and flexibility in arranging return visits at short notice.
Successful implementation of large scale BSF programs is vital to RM and will continue to be so over the coming years. It is of great value to us that we have companies like Midland Technologies, who we can trust to deliver an excellent service.

Letter to Promethean from a school's Headteacher:
Regarding the recent installations of the interactive whiteboards at our school, I would like to compliment the work of your sub contractors, Midland Technologies Ltd.
After our discussion regarding our concerns about the site structural issues, Craig Broughton (Operations Director) attended the school promptly and listened to the needs of the teachers and advised sensibly on the fitting of the systems. The actual fitting of the boards was completed so effectively due to them working hard and efficiently and nothing was too much trouble for them. Their methodical approach ensured that the systems were installed to a very high standard, with all areas being made good before starting on the next installation.
This school has undertaken much refurbishment, therefore I have dealt with many different contractors in my time and I can quite honestly say that Midland Technologies have worked very efficiently and methodically and are good advocates for your company.
I am confident that the systems will work well but should I need to contact you with any system issues, I trust it will be dealt with as efficiently as the installations.
