Our engineers are fully accredited to install most manufacturers’ Audio Visual systems. Our portfolio includes the Promethean Activboard range including the Activboard plus 2 (AB+2), the entire Smartboard range including the Smart 600i series and many more.
We have specific engineers that continually work within the “Education Sector” which means that they have many years experience working within this type of environment. We ensure that our engineers have enhanced CRB clearance and are fully aware of all health and safety procedures along with an appreciation of the sensitivity and personal attributes required for working within this particular type of environment. We have an extended public liability insurance policy that covers all of our staff for £10m.This ensures total peace of mind should any problems arise. In order to provide our customers with the highest quality and professional AV installation service, we implement strict installation and quality procedures that are in line with the PAS122 (BSi) Audio Visual installation guidelines. We also have a bespoke health and safety/working practices policy that was developed by a specialist H&S consultancy.
We have a wealth of experience in providing sound advice and consultation services, from site survey all the way through to installation and commissioning. Our office based customer service team play a key role in our operation by being a single point of contact for both our installation engineers and customers. Our customer service team is available from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday which ensures that any issues are attended to immediately.
Our Directors have over 15 years experience in the AV industry which has helped us to develop our business to become what many of our customers consider to be the “leading AV Installations company within the UK”. This was verified for us when Promethean themselves appointed us as their first choice installation partner in 2002 for their Activboard systems and we continue to pride ourselves on this to this day, striving to ensure that our AV installations and aftercare services are second to none.
